Newark

Newark is the biggest city we serve, and the work here is split evenly between homes and businesses. In the Ironbound and Forest Hill we clean row houses and multi-family homes; downtown we clean offices, clinics, and shared workspaces after hours.

Commercial accounts in Newark run on a written scope with a flat monthly price, and we provide certificates of insurance to building management as a matter of course.

Residential clients get the same flat-quote treatment: a walkthrough, a written checklist, and a price that does not move because a job took longer than expected.
